How do I get started?

What businesses do you work with?
We work with growing businesses of 10 to 500 employees who need strategic IT guidance, infrastructure modernization, or technology-driven operational improvements. We work across industries and do not require any existing IT maturity.
Do you provide ongoing support or one-time projects?
Both. We offer ongoing fractional CTO and IT advisory retainers as well as project-based engagements for specific initiatives like cloud migration, security audits, or system implementations.
What is a fractional CTO?
A fractional CTO gives your business access to executive-level technology leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. We provide strategic direction, vendor management, team oversight, and board-level reporting on a part-time basis.
How are engagements structured?
We start with a technology assessment and roadmap. From there we move into execution, meeting regularly to review progress and adjust strategy. You always have a clear view of what we are working on and why.
What does it cost?
Retainers start at $1,500 per month depending on scope. Project-based work is quoted individually. We discuss all options transparently on the strategy call so you can make an informed decision.
